Bronkaid
is a trusted drug used to treat asthma. It restores free breathing
and loosens phlegm relieving bronchial congestion. The main
ingredients of bronkaid are ephedrine sulfate and guaifenesin.
Ephedrine sulfate works as decongestant and bronchodilator.
It helps to remove the bothersome mucus from the bronchial
tubes. Ephedrine sulfate causes vasoconstriction in blood vessels
acting on ß-receptors in heart and a-receptors. It is widely
used in weight loss products as an appetite suppressor. Guaifenesin
acts as an expectorant. It draws water into bronchi increasing
the efficiency of the cough reflex and facilitating secretion
